Ingredienser

    1. 300 g pasta
    2. 2 tbsp seeds (sunflower, pumkin, pine)
    3. 1 onion
    4. 50 g dried tomatoes
    5. 1 garlic clove
    6. 2 tbsp tomato paste
    7. 1 can chopped tomatoes
    8. 1 tsp oregano
    9. salt & pepper
    10. 1 avocado

      Cook the pasta in salted water.

      Roast seeds in a pan.

    3. 3.

      Chop onion, dried tomatoes and garlic and fry it in some oil. Add the tomato paste. Deglaze with chopped tomatoes and add spices. Cook for 5 minutes.

      As soon as the pasta is soft, drain the water in the sink. Add it to the sauce and mix it.

    5. 5.

      Cut the avocado and remove the seed and use a melon baller to form little balls.

    6. 6.

      Serve the pasta with the avocado balls and roasted seeds. Enjoy!
