Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Put the batter in to a round baking tin or a cast iron frying pan covered with baking paper. Garnish with whatever you fancy or keep plain. Around Christmas I crush gingerbread cookies and use that as garnish.
Cook in the middle of the oven in 150C around 30min in a round baking tin or a cast iron frying pan. Take out to cool. Keep in the fridge for 1-2 h before serving. Serve with whipped cream or ice-cream.
