"Cheesy" plant-based salad filled ith cheesy substitute and loaded with foods that will optimize digestion.


    1. 5 dl Red lentils
    2. 0,5 dl Chopped cilantro/ parsley
    3. 2 tsp Oil
    4. 5 dl Steamed broccoli heads
    5. 0,5 dl Nutritional yeast
    6. Sea salt to taste
    7. Freshly ground black pepper to taste

      Cook lentils and strain.

      Steam broccoli until just tender.

      Warm a skillet and add oil. Add lentils and move them through the oil. Add black pepper and nutritional yeast over the lentils. Salt to taste. Add the steed broccoli and chopped cilantro/parsley and cook for 1 minute. Serve warm. Enjoy!
