Ingredienser

    1. 8 L Water
    1. 2 Pieces Lemon
    1. 1 Bundle Parsley
    2. 1 Bundle Thyme
    1. 1 Whole Garlic
    2. 1 dl Honey
    1. 10 psc Bay leafs
    2. 10 psc Black peppercorns
  1. Thighs or wings

    1. 300 g (for thighs) Salt
    2. 250 g (for wings) Salt

      Cut everything roughly and add to a pot.

      Add 3L of the water and bring to a boil. Let cool down and save for later use.

      Strain it and add the rest of the cold water when ready to use.

      Brine the chicken for about 12-24 hours in the fridge.
