    1. 1 cups Almond Milk
    2. 1/2 cup Frozen Bluberries
    3. 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    4. 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
    5. Fresh Blueberrien for garnish

      Put the almond milk, frozen blueberries, and maple syrup in the blender and blend until smooth

      Pour the blended mixture into a Mason jar, add the chia seeds, and shake well

    3. 3.

      Refrigerate the Mason jar for at least 6 hours, or overnight. When you’re ready, garnish with fresh blueberries!
